Cost:

free

Date: Saturday 28th September 2024

We are back again for another Tour of Brixton’s best!

As an avid fan of Brixton for my health, skincare and food top ups, I want to share the top spots for shopping natural and eating healthy and deliciously! In my opinion, these are clear winners and feel-good purchases that opens a world to better living and eating!

We will be visiting the following:

  • A Black-owned Alkaline shop that promotes health and wellbeing through their products;
  • Many Black owned Caribbean grocery store that sells imported Caribbean exotic fruit and veg;
  • An Ethiopian café that is rich in history of Teff and low acidic coffee;
  • A natural skincare shop that wants the best for your skin;
  • A skin and hair store from products made directly from African and are natural and clean in ingredients

I will talk through the benefits of all the locations we visit to sustain the journey of health and wellbeing, and can discuss your wellness goals. Its a start or continuation habits that will have you feeling amazing in all areas.

The locations are amazing and knowing them, you can visit each time you go to Brixton!

We will end the day with a delicious alkaline meal before saying our goodbyes.

Just to advise that the meals and drinks are not included in the price, but the meal should be no more then £10.

I can’t wait to see you!
